About Us

Szilvia Girincsi

Szilvia was born in Hungary, where she graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in economic engineering. After moving to the USA, she was introduced to yoga and eventually got certified as a yoga instructor in 2005. She became a Reiki practitioner in 2008 and a Reiki Master in 2016. Szilvia initially was attuned to Reiki by Linda Miller in Illinois, 2008. A life changing experience led her to a new career path to become a Reiki healer and eventually a massage therapist, then a reflexologist.

She graduated from New Horizon School of Massage in Richland, WA in 2010. She has been in both management and massage therapist positions in spas, in a chiropractic setting and a massage franchise. She enrolled into Seattle Reflexology and Massage Center and became a certified reflexologist in 2013. She served two terms as the Administrative Secretary of the Washington Reflexology Association.

Szilvia has done Thai Yoga Massage training with Eric Spivack in Seattle and currently practicing up to Level 3. In February, 2020 she traveled to Thailand with Eric and an amazing group of people to deepen her knowledge of Thai Yoga Massage.

She has a broad knowledge of anatomy, specifically as it pertains to movement and connectivity. Her intention to help you is deeply rooted in a desire to make you move easier and with less discomfort, while working with you to increase postural awareness and efficiency. She has an intuitive touch, an innate ability to problem solve and an approach to deep tissue massage to find almost any elusive trigger points or adhesions. Her massage results in a well-balanced and intensely cared for body and soul. Through years of hands-on work, she has gained great appreciation for muscle/body allowances and a deep respect for the innate wisdom of the body. With Swedish massage as the foundation, an integrated massage approach allows for a tailored session for each client. From relaxation to more focused bodywork, trigger point therapy, stretching and/or range of motion, reflexology, deep tissue and sports massage, injury treatment, medical massage, auto accident trauma, cupping and meridian therapy,  She brings her understanding of structural issues to the treatment room.

She's one of the little over 200 certified reflexologists in the state of Washington. Her reflexology sessions are high quality and offer great techniques with lasting benefits. She's passionate to educate the public about reflexology and devoted time to volunteer for the Washington Reflexology Association to represent the profession for two consecutive terms as Administrative Secretary.

She's got her cupping certification from the International Cupping Association in 2014. Szilvia also completed introductory Trager mentastics training with Joe Rodin from Seattle.

Her post-graduate reflexology training includes meridian reflexology (Teri Hoskins) as well as classes for spinal and heart related issues (Dorothe Krogsgaard, Peter Lund Frandsen of Denmark) and South-African spiritual reflexologist/'The Universal Foot Lady' Christ Stormer.

Her newest service addition from 2021, is an energy healing modality, Pranic healing - taught by Liza Burney - which can be easily incorporated to any treatment session.

Szilvia enjoys learning new concepts and techniques, in 2022 she got certified in a slimming massage protocol by Maria Puja of Hungary and in 2023 she expanded her knowledge with a reflexology modality Maria developed and teaches.

She's an avid yoga practitioner, and a devoted mother of a beautiful girl.

She looks forward to helping you meet your wellness goals!
